About the role

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for a Receptionist, based in our Perth Office.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for reception duties including greeting visitors. You will maintain meeting schedules and requirements, manage the office area and security passes for external clients and visitors, as well as provide any adhoc administrative support when required.

You will have

Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, as well as be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), good interpersonal skills including phone manner, message-taking and providing support under pressure.
