About the Opportunity
The BAE Systems Aviation Technical Training (ATT) project delivers all aviation trade training to the Australian Defence Force. This role is the perfect opportunity to become a part of the future of Australian aviation technical training, and help shape the aviation technical workforce of the future.

This opportunity will see you:

  • Design, develop and implement learning solutions systems, products and services
  • Develop contemporary innovative training design outcomes that align with current vocational education/aviation regulatory frameworks
  • Deliver aviation regulator and/or vocational education training (VET) regulator compliant training materials
  • Provide specialisation skills and advice to support Aviation Technical Training
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, government and industry partners

About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Experience in learning and development, technical training design/instruction or vocational education training
  • Experience in planning resources, materials and technical requirements for the development of e-learning resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships
  • A certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Experience working with learning/training management platforms and creative applications such as MOODLE, Oracle or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in implementing human centred training design principles
  • A creative vision with the ability to align training system initiatives with business requirements
