The Role:

This is more than just analyst role- you have the ability to broaden your skills across a range of technologies. You will be working in a growing support team of 3 and be part of a larger engineering team creating world-leading technology that is changing the way our clients communicate and operate.

You will be an integral part of our service desk team responsible for resolving incidents and service requests along with handling user communications for things like outages and planned changes to services.

To provide in-detail technical support you will work with our product developers, network operations engineers, and other secure mobility and applied AI teams to gain a wholistic insight into our products, supporting the configuration and management of client smart phones, assisting with client connectivity and be accountable for Windows / Linux / Apple based infrastructure issues.

How you communicate in this role is really important, we value how we treat our clients and you will be engaging with them on a regular basis. You will also be required to be on call and potentially work a rotating roster to ensure our clients support needs are exceed.

You have good technology skills and are able to pick up new concepts easily. Understanding of Windows / Linux / Apple infrastructure and knowledge of networking will definitely help.

Other Interesting Information:

NV2 is the minimum security clearance level required for this role, our preferred applicant will hold this clearance or undertake to successfully undergo the Negative Vetting 2 security clearance process. Please note that Australian citizenship is a condition of eligibility for security clearances.
