Your new role awaits
We are looking for an experienced a number of Tech Lounge Support Leads; these roles will take accountability for providing end user support for the end user computing services. NAB provide onsite user support services in a number of locations around Australia and you will be responsible for managing one of the support locations. You will act as the point of support and escalation for incidents and be accountable for the successful resolution.
Day to day you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for NAB users and perform technology support desk functions to established customer service standards and optimise the customer experience
- Ensure you stay up-to-date with knowledge about changes in the workplace domain
- Respond to user queries using your deep customer service skills
- Explain a technical problem clearly and articulately
What you will bring
While knowing the ins and outs of the latest technology is key, we’re also looking for someone with proven experience in Microsoft EUC based Workplace Technology and delivery, you will also have a strong background in the practical use, support and deployment of large-scale EUC environments.
You will have experience with Win7, Win10, Office 365 and Mac based environments, and have a strong understanding of the workplace technology with excellent problem resolution skills.
Working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, you’ll need drive, resilience and versatility. You’ll also be working with people from around the business, including key stakeholders, so a respectful attitude and the ability to build good relationships is vital.
A valid driver’s license and a roadworthy car are a requirement as some travel to NAB branches and other sites is required.
