We are looking for hardworking and curious Reliability and Maintenance Engineers to join our Asset Management and Engineering teams within Rio Tinto Iron Ore to directly contribute to the performance and reliability of the fixed plant and mobile equipment assets for the business.
Working in a dynamic environment and with exposure to the newest technology and innovation, you will provide technical support to the maintenance execution teams and successfully lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support high levels of asset safety, reliability and integrity.
What you’ll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering related field coupled with an understanding of reliability based principles and processes such as root cause analysis (RCA) and defect elimination
Proven experience leading and managing a diverse portfolio of improvement projects and the ability to engage collaboratively with a diverse range of partners
Computer management systems (CMMS) experience such as SAP or similar will be advantageous
