About the role
We are currently seeking a Cost Engineer for a major infrastructure project in Sydney, NSW. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
You will directly oversee and implement cost, risk and change management functions. Within this, you will have accountability that the project team implements the necessary disciplines and procedures to ensure that the project controls procedures and processes are controlled and adhered to.
You will have a Graduate Diploma / Degree in Construction Project Management or similar, along with having gained a working knowledge of project controls techniques, methodologies and processes.
You will be experienced in developing and maintaining complex programmes and other cost / time related material, along with implementing robust project controls and accurate reporting and forecasting.
Your previous experience, ideally working for a Tier 1 Contractor on Construction projects, will have given you hands on cost management experience developing an ability to review, analyse, and report cost information.
You will have PRISM G2 experience (or equal) and the ideal candidate will be preferably be experienced in Primavera P6.
