In this role you’ll manage your own portfolio of claims which may include income protection, total and permanent disability, death, terminal illness, trauma, and business expense claims. You’ll enjoy working autonomously to manage technically complex claims as you leverage your understanding of the relevant legislations and guidelines. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will stand you in good stead.
