As an Administration Officer in our Life Insurance & Investments Operations division, you’ll be responsible for the efficient, cost effective management of internal and external relationships relating to Dealer Group and Adviser Administration.The tasks you’d tackle would include managing telephone and written enquiries and requests from advisers and licensees; setting up and providing maintenance for advisers on our internal database; scanning and document management; providing support to the advisor consultants within the team and any other ad-hoc duties as required.

We have a fantastic reputation in the market for our responsive approach and efficient problem solving and we are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to this. You’ll have demonstrable administration experience with a background in financial services/insurance industry (Life & Investments) and/or an adviser practice or dealer group.

As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you’ll enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Operations team. You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.
