Apply your talent where it counts as a Resourcing Manager in our Project Management Office (PMO) team in either Williamstown, VIC or Edinburgh Parks, SA.
About the Opportunity
As the Project Management Resourcing Manager you will work as a member of the PM Capability Management team to lead an integrated approach to the collation and analysis of demand data and coordinate PM resource supply solutions for the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring there is accurate data available for short and long term PM demand, and robust plans in place to deliver on this demand. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders including PMO Business Partners, functional departments, and Talent Acquisition to source the PM capability to meet business demands.
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Previous Project Management, Resource Management or Workforce Planning experience in a complex project based environment including improving utilisation metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with an ability to diplomatically challenge the status quo
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable you to work effectively with others and to be able to influence across all levels of the business
- Ability to collate, analyse, present and make recommendations based on the data to various key stakeholders
