About the role
SUEZ is seeking a forward-thinking Customer Services Officer to join our diverse and friendly team in Nudgee, QLD for up to 12 months. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquiries. Bringing your unique personality to every interaction, you will go above and beyond to achieve great results for the customer, the company and yourself. In this fast-paced role other duties will include but not be limited to data entry, administration support, scheduling work and liaising with contractors.
As the successful candidate you will possess a passion and drive for delivering a positive customer experience every time. You will enjoy working as part of the team to deliver administration support with a high degree of accuracy in all work including touch typing. Intermediate skills in Word/Excel are a fundamental requirement. You take ownership of your work and support your colleagues to do the same. Your active communication and active listening skills and ability to learn quickly and multitask will be key to your success.
