We are looking for a Facilitator to join the Community Impact Services division of our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Sydney.
This exciting role is focused on the delivery of a highly engaging Digital Literacy program to Secondary school-aged students. The program teaches young people to be safe, responsible and positive online through face to face, curriculum-aligned workshops that are fun and interactive.

Your key responsibilities
Deliver world class digital literacy workshops to Secondary school-aged students across the Sydney area (including surrounding rural areas)
Build and maintain successful relationships with existing schools to nurture continued partnerships
Networking with schools to develop new partnerships by sharing the value proposition and benefits of the workshops we offer in Schools
Achieve KPIs related to workshop quality, evaluation feedback and workshop delivery numbers
Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for EY and our client
Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to Secondary school age groups although this isn’t essential
Previous experience in a customer service/sales background would be advantageous given this role involves some business development
Ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face mediums
Must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations
Experience with behaviour management and the ability to problem solve on the fly
Strong administration skills with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
