The opportunity

We are looking for a Facilitator to join the Community Impact Services division of our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Sydney.


This exciting role is focused on the delivery of a highly engaging Digital Literacy program to Secondary school-aged students. The program teaches young people to be safe, responsible and positive online through face to face, curriculum-aligned workshops that are fun and interactive.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver world class digital literacy workshops to Secondary school-aged students across the Sydney area (including surrounding rural areas)

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with existing schools to nurture continued partnerships

  • Networking with schools to develop new partnerships by sharing the value proposition and benefits of the workshops we offer in Schools

  • Achieve KPIs related to workshop quality, evaluation feedback and workshop delivery numbers

  • Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for EY and our client

Our behavioural change programs change lives and as a Facilitator, you will ensure people understand how!
Skills and attributes for success
  • Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating or performing; ideally to Secondary school age groups although this isn’t essential

  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales background would be advantageous given this role involves some business development

  • Ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face mediums

  • Must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations

As a Facilitator, you must hold a valid and current working with children check, as well as a valid driver’s license, access to your own car and compulsory third-party insurance.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience with behaviour management and the ability to problem solve on the fly

  • Strong administration skills with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes

  • A purpose and values driven attitude – you want to be a part of something good

  • A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and remotely
