As part of this change, we have an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our newly created Digital Product team at our Barangaroo office on a fixed term contract.
Reporting to the GM - Digital Product, you will contribute to the portfolio strategy and roadmap to realise enterprise value and develop the Digital Customer Platform capability to support our core businesses.
You will be accountable for your portfolio and driving real customer value and business outcomes. You will leverage customer and employee insights to create and manage the roadmap, define and report on product success measures, backlog management and prioritisation and work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements to drive & shape new digital products. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the adoption and implementation across the business globally.
Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership and influencing role which will see you work closely with senior business leaders and SMEs as well as Product Owners and delivery and operations teams to achieve your goals. Stakeholder management and collaboration will be key to success, as will your ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies to both business and technical audiences.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will be a creative thinker and have confidence to take informed risks and experiment with approach. You will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, displaying calmness and composure in uncertain and ambiguous situations.

To be successful, you will also need:
  • Demonstrated professional experience as a Digital Product Manager across the full lifecycle including strategy, design, delivery and performance
  • Experience in design thinking, lean and agile
  • Digital program management expertise
  • Experience using tools such as Confluence and Jira
Candidates with Salesforce experience will be highly regarded.
Experience in and/or a passion for the Property industry is also highly desirable.
