We are looking for a creative team player, with a good eye for detail, to join our team as a CAD and Graphics Operator. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide CAD and graphics support to the Victoria/ South Australia Residential business.
Working with other team members including CAD operators, urban designers, landscape architects, architects, sales and marketing managers, development managers; you will deliver planning and drawing/ information on new business bids and existing projects. You will also provide assistance in master planning, Salesforce, web plan implementation and day to day planning /design /marketing matters.
Qualifications and experience in the use of the CAD program Microstation is essential. Relevant experience using Microstation for Surveying, Urban Design and Planning applications is preferred. The successful applicant will ideally have demonstrated experience in:
- Planning and Subdivision Drawings
- Urban Design Diagrams, Sections and Plans
- Landscape Architecture Plans and Sections
- Technical drawings for Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Urban Design works.
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office Applications, excel and word
You will demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Both are key with engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently. You will also have the capacity to work with autonomy and using initiative, with a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing outcomes and efficiencies. The ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks is imperative.
