Lendlease is searching for an Assistant Origination Manager to join our new Lendlease Digital - Living Utilities team.
Living Utilities is a strategic business unit within Lendlease Digital Group, focusing on creating better customers experience and improving resource productivity for the built environment through innovative and digitally enabled infrastructure and asset solutions (water, thermal, electricity, communications).
About the Role:
The Assistant Origination Manager is accountable for the general support of the Origination Team to achieve our business plan and strategy for the development of innovative infrastructure and asset solutions. You will develop and manage relationships with potential customers, consultants, regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders to build a professional network to facilitate the business aims.
The role is diverse in nature, and requires sound application of time management and organisational skills, commercial acumen and an exceptional focus on generating customer value to achieve successful business outcomes.
You will be able to demonstrate a level of understanding (through education and/or experience) in infrastructure and services within the built environment including energy, connectivity, water and transport. You will be organised, interpersonal, and have sound analytical skills. You will understand project needs to develop and contribute positively to customer relationships and you will have experience in encouraging both external and internal teamwork and collaboration, and involve stakeholders, experts and other teams to achieve desired outcomes.
