Manages two or more sub-families or has responsibilities across multiple sub-families in the Human Resources job family group.

The Opportunity

We have a fixed term opportunity for an experienced and qualified HR Change Manager. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations you will partner with the Asia Pacific business partners to develop change management strategies and tactical communications plans for the Asia Pacific region. This includes working with business partners to review proposed strategies, process designs, organizational structures, project timelines, training approaches and stakeholder engagement strategies.

This role requires innovation, influence, change leadership, and leadership through collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute change management plan activities to manage the people side of change, increase employee engagement, and maximize ROI
  • Establish methods to measure the effectiveness of change efforts, set targets, track results, and improve programs. Lead data collection efforts and analyse data and feedback to inform strategy development; track performance and recommend solutions to continuously improve performance.
  • Guide the local communication teams with planned activities to ensure coordination across multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Oversee ongoing deployment and analysis of employee pulse surveys used to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, and readiness for future transformation rollouts
  • Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
  • Develop and clearly communicate goals, project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Remain connected to global transformation efforts to proactively identify local needs.
  • Work with other project team members and supporting the local HR Business Partner to gather and analyse detailed information about HR support transitions and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected

To be successful you require:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of work experience within an HR function and/or a Change and Communications role
  • Experience leveraging change management methodologies.
  • Competent working on cross-functional projects.
  • Possess a Change Master Certification
  • Competent in Project Management
  • Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Some experience with continuous process improvement and KPI development
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Experience using ARIES preferred.
  • Competent in written and oral communication. Competent making and delivering presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings
  • Flexible to travel across APAC

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The HR Change Mgmt. & Communications Manager for Asia Pacific will provide change management and communication support for the Asia Pacific region with consideration of overall impact and cultural sensitivity to change as we move to the HR Operating model.

The individual in this role is expected to support stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics that promote our HR Operating Model. This includes partnering with stakeholders across multiple time zones to create a structured methodology to lead change management efforts, support HR communication efforts, and develop and deliver a multi-prong strategy to promote and measure employee and manager self-service adoption of HR & Payroll processes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Change Management

  • Work within and actively promote CSL core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedure and code of conduct.
  • Identify and support a change management plans to support manager and employee self-service adoption for HR and Payroll processes.
  • Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
  • Develop and clearly communicate goals, project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Remain connected to global transformation efforts to proactively identify local needs.
  • Work with other project team members and supporting the local HR Business Partner to gather and analyse detailed information about HR support transitions and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected.
  • Drive out specific change tasks and deliverables, and facilitate organizational change events when required.
  • Coordinate the delivery of end-user training and subsequent follow-up activities, including effectiveness assessment.
  • Understand the significance of the country level changes to provide information and recommendations regarding expected organization impacts.

Communications

  • Develop and deliver communication to support adoption of the HR Operating model
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops to deliver information to users and understand local needs, while staying aligned to the global HR transformation adoption efforts.
  • Write simply and concisely to effectively and efficiently convey important messages

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Partner with local business partners to develop change management strategies and tactical communication plans.   • Help activate and manage change champion groups
  • Establish methods to measure the effectiveness of change efforts, set targets, track results, and improve programs. Lead data collection efforts and analyse data and feedback to inform strategy development; track performance and recommend solutions to continuously improve performance.
  • Lead team in creation/editing of communications to reflect HR2030 priorities and initiatives (examples: memos, FAQs, presentations, collateral, videos, webcasts, etc.)
  • Lead development of core presentations autonomously
  • Guide the local communication teams with planned activities to ensure coordination across multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Oversee ongoing deployment and analysis of employee pulse surveys used to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, and readiness for future transformation rollouts
