Working within the Direct Business and Small Business (DB&SB) Equipment Finance Hub, this key role exists to support our Bankers with the end to end processing of Equipment Finance transactions. This role will provide individuals who demonstrate drive, initiative, and the ability to connect with our customers the opportunity to develop core EF knowledge, credit analysis skills and competencies to enable them to further progress their career either within the EF division or the broader business bank.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Daily actioning of referrals received from our referral partners
- Assisting bankers and customers with any equipment finance related queries
- Managing the end to end sales process for Equipment Finance transactions including but not limited to, customer contact to understand the customers Equipment Finance need, making a recommendation that meets this need, analysing financials and preparing credit applications
In this role, you will leverage from your proficient skills in using systems such as Salesforce, Seibel (eBL), Leasing One Integrated System (LOIS), ideally gained from within a Contact Centre or a Business Banking environment. You’ve started to build your career on having a strong understanding of what working life is like within a centre of excellence with a many-many model and thrive on the fast pace, and challenges that come with phone based, team oriented customer support. Working from a deep understanding of operational excellence principles, you relish the opportunity to build stakeholder relationships via seamless end to end delivery whilst scaffolded by system governance and a commitment to integrity of data.

Our team in Specialised Business is part of Direct Business and Small Business (DB&SB) and provides support to bankers and their customers with Equipment Finance transactions. Via our Direct offering, we have a many-many relationship model where teams cover a breadth of businesses from $500k - $5M and support generalist customers.
