Senior Marketing Manager - customer and effectiveness

Location:Sydney

As a Senior Marketing Manager for our Life and Investments business, you’ll be responsible for

leading the customer marketing and lifecycle communications to drive engagement and customer retention to deepen the engagement with the brand. You’ll ensure deliverables are timely, within budget and executed to an extremely high standard. Coming from an experienced (10 years) Marketing profession you’ll manage all integrated campaigns. Hands on working on marketing technology stack would be good.

In this role you’ll provide leadership and direction to the customer marketing team. Ensuring you share skills and experience with the team, contribute to the culture of collaboration. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll have the ability to plan, organise / manage projects and utilise effective decision making techniques to ensure successful business outcomes.

Experience aside, you’re a strong communicator, relationship builder, influencer and change catalyst; with good self-awareness and emotional intelligence. As a highly adaptable individual you will thrive in a busy and challenging environment whilst constantly evolving to keep pace in a competitive industry.
