You & your new role
This role will be accountable for ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and a smooth transition, minimising operational risk and disruption to impacted groups. Effectively this role will help drive and support the transformation of NAB’s Data.

You will be a proven Consultant with experience in change and communication roles. You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels. Any experience working in a technology/data team would be highly desirable.

A typical day will include:

  • Implement a sustainable trusted partner/advisor model for business engagement and manage relationships across the DS&P teams.
  • Identify all stakeholders Data Services and Platforms stakeholder commitment and activity.
  • Develop and execute a Change and Communication Strategy and/or Plan that actively supports all stakeholder groups, e.g. stakeholder analysis, comms plan, impact assessment, learning needs analysis and communication documentation.
  • Driving advocacy and awareness across the enterprise with regards the degree of change occurring.
  • Implement a sustainable trusted partner/advisor model for business engagement and manage relationships across the DS&P teams.
  • Bring the voice of the customer to the forefront for DS&P, ensuring the team are guided by NAB’s business and customer goals
  • Drive business change by enabling the business to understand how they can derive value from their data and DS&P capabilities.
  • Development and implementation reporting and metrics to measure the success of the change and adoption across the enterprise.
  • Accountability includes adoption of the transformation throughout the enterprise.
