About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Lead to join our team in Perth. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage all construction related activities for the project from initial site investigation to final completions. The Construction Lead is a focal point for the construction works in all disciplines and ensures that the most safe, efficient and assured construction solutions are employed.
The role of the Construction Lead is to directly oversee construction activities on the project, ensuring that the project construction team adopts and continually implements disciplines and procedures and that the construction phase is controlled and adheres to strict safety, quality, programme and financial guidelines.
A tertiary degree qualification ideally in an engineering discipline and/ or building trade related certificate combined with significant construction delivery experience in the Pilbara.
Rio Tinto experience is critical for this role.
