Our Trade and Working Capital Team are looking for a Field Analyst to connect with customers and Bankers via field examinations. Through early identification and escalation, we support customers with Invoice Financing and look for effective controls to assist in the risk management of the portfolio.
As a member of the team, you will be flying solo, traveling across NSW/ACT, connecting with customers with footings of $500k-$15M. Time spent working in a BBC, or in the Invoice Finance Ops Team will enable you to make an instant impact in the field as you will be comfortable talking from NAB’s policies and processes, naturally feel at ease in connecting with SME business professionals about credit and lending requirements and understand red flags or areas for concern when reviewing customers financial facilities. Your ability to clearly articulate with customers, organise your time, work autonomously and deliver on the NAB customer experience value proposition will be critical.
A typical day will include:
- Identification and escalation of relevant credit and processing issues to assist managing Invoice Finance portfolio
- Identification and escalation of any process improvements or effective controls to assist in the risk management of the portfolio
- Providing customer service consistent with TWC Value proposition and brand position
- Providing training as required for customers and actively communicating with them to obtain further information/clarity of information as appropriate
