Location\: This role is based in Asia-Pacific, preferably in Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.
We are looking for a communications professional to help support our brand, marketing and communications programs aligned to EY’s Asia-Pacific Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) business objectives.
TAS provides clients with capital and transaction strategy through to execution to enable fast-track value creation for inclusive growth. Our Capital Agenda framework helps our clients find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. Whether clients are preserving, optimizing, raising or investing, our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) are our five go-to-market offerings that enable them to drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making. The CCS include\: Strategy Realized, Corporate Finance, Buy & Integrate, Sell & Separate and Reshaping Results, and are underpinned by the Connected Capital Technologies.

Channels include but are not limited to the EY Home Page Daily News Alert (internal news platform), Discover sites (intranet), blog sites, Yammer, email communications, video, webcast, and event communications. You will also help track our engagement metrics.
While the role is focused on delivering strategic internal communications, you will work closely with the Asia-Pacific TAS BMC Leader to deliver an integrated BMC strategy for TAS, to support deployment of Global and Asia-Pacific TAS marketing programs.
Superior writing skills and ability to develop rich and engaging content across a variety of channels including but not limited to short form content; social media content; immersive or interactive documents.
Attention to detail with a creative eye and the flair to present information in a way which is visually attractive and compelling, yet without losing sight of the audience’s needs and the communications and business objectives.
An ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations; balancing multiple priorities, projects and business-as-usual tasks. Strong transactional skills to efficiently manage quality review processes, maintaining the highest standards in content and deployment.
An ability to track internal communications metrics across channels to determine effectiveness and make strategic recommendations.
A team player who can work collaboratively across BMC and other functions to support deployment of Global TAS and Asia-Pacific firmwide programs.
