About the role
We are currently seeking experienced Contract Administrators to join our team in Perth. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Reporting to the project commercial manager, your role will focus on subcontractor management, including review, preparation and submission of progress claims and ensuring their timely payment, as well as procurement of any additional subcontractors and agreement of contracts. You will also be involved in preparation, submission and agreement of variations.
A tertiary degree qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering or equivalent coupled with experience in a contracts administrator role. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and oral, along with a high level of analytical skills and a professional and driven attitude. Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor and Infrastructure expereince working with main roads will be highly desirable.
