Job Profile Summary

Responsible for supporting HR Services delivery which may include providing payroll services, supporting internal HR and cross HR Delivery Centre operational and service management reporting, resolving complex queries or provide guidance on the organisational data change process and to process organisational data change requests and mass data uploads.

About the role
GBS currently have a 12 month opportunity available for an HR Support Specialist to join our HR Services team based in the CBD. In this role, you will be part of an internal shared services team that drive and deliver HR transactional and support services across our Australian business.
About you
  • 2 to 4 years post qualification experience
  • Previous exposure to a Shared Services or Operational Environment
  • Experience in supporting a diverse range of employees throughout their employment lifecycle
  • Be customer focused, using your highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of information on documentation and letters
  • Teamwork is a big part of what we do in HR Services, therefore you will be enthusiastic about building relationships and collaborating with team members across the HR function
  • A keen eye for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential, and exposure to HR systems such as Workday and Salesforce will be a distinct advantage
