Our research team is the engine that powers our outbound sales team. They are challenged with finding businesses and contacts that match our Ideal Client Profile and are more likely to become clients of Reward Gateway. Researchers play a vital role in Reward Gateway achieving its mission. The better our research is, the more sales opportunities we build and win as a team, the more employees our solutions reach, the more people who will enjoy a better place to work.

Responsibilities and Core Duties

  • The ‘intelligence gatherers’ of our sales process using Sales Navigator, Cognism, Salesforce, plus a large array of online business sources to gather information and identify businesses and decision makers that could benefit from Reward Gateway's fantastic products around employee engagement, benefits, recognition and reward
  • Keep up to date and ahead of HR and employee engagement industry trends, hot topics, company news and ensure key contacts are mapped
  • Keeping all information on Salesforce.com accurate and up to date at all times
  • Building strong relationships with the Australian sales and marketing team, with a close relationship focus with the sales development representatives
  • Constantly being measured on the quality of research and response rates from our outbound sales approaches
  • Consistently hitting targets on lead generation and opportunity creation/pipeline
  • Experience and Skills

  • Experience within a sales or online research capacity preferable but not essential
  • Strong commercial awareness High degree of curiosity
  • Excellent copywriting and written skills
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to build internal relationships
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with high volumes of data
  • Interview Process

  • Telephone interview with our recruitment team
  • In person interview with the Head of SDR and Sales Manager
  • Assessment
  • Final in person interview and presentation assessment with the Sales Director
