About the role

Laing O’Rourke are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Sydney team. We have a solid pipeline of secured & unsecured work and are growing nationally.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates to Laing O'Rourke. This will largely be in the areas of construction and engineering, but will also include functional support roles. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders across the project teams and understand pipeline of staff requirements. This will involve managing end to end recruitment processes. You will manage our external talent pipeline, ensuring we have suitable candidates for live roles and develop a warm pipeline of candidates to support our future requirements.

About you

You will ideally have recruitment experience preferably within the rail & infrastructure sector across Australia. You will work well as part of a team and bring a good network and understanding of the local market.
