Snr HR Generalist

As the Snr HR Generalist you will provide deep technical HR expertise to Zurich’s People Leaders and functional managers. As part of the HR Operations team, in this varied role you’ll have to prioritise your time effectively as you partner with managers on complex ER matters, the annual HR calendar activities and execute companywide initiatives in partnerships with Senior HR Business Partners and local CoE’s. This includes, organisation redesign and execution, leadership and coaching of high potential staff including talent management and succession planning, managing involuntary exits, global mobility and visa case management.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline and have experience with facilitation and coaching. You will also have demonstrated extensive experience in managing complex ER matters and a strong working knowledge of Australian employment law (NZ desirable) and previous experience with data analytics and reporting. As someone familiar with the demands of a HR function you’ll understand the importance of acting with integrity, confidence and accountability and you’ll enjoy working within a friendly and achievement focused culture where your self-motivation, resilience and persistence will be valued.
