As a Retail Claims Case Manager you’ll be responsible for undertaking the assessment and management of a portfolio of long term claims. This is a great entry point into the Life Insurance industry and will provide you with an opportunity to develop your knowledge of policy terms and conditions, as well as advance your skills in customer care and stakeholder management.

Our ideal candidate will possess an enquiring mind, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to challenge other peoples thinking when necessary. We are looking for individuals who have a background in Allied Health, Physiotherapy and/or Rehabilitation, or an administration/customer service background and are now looking to develop a career within Life Insurance. Alternatively, you will have managed long term claims in a previous role and be looking for a new opportunity where there is a focus on career progression and development.
