We are looking for an Asia-Pacific Advisory Internal Communications and Engagement (C&E) Manager that will join BMC for 12 month contract role. In this role, you will be working closely with global Area and regional teams supporting Advisory. Reporting to the Asia-Pacific Advisory BMC Leader (based in Brisbane), you will work closely with the Asia-Pacific Advisory Managing Partner (based in Perth), the Global Advisory C&E Leader (based in London) and the broader Asia-Pacific BMC team to internally communicate and engage people and partners in the Advisory practice.
Your key responsibilities
You will manage relationships with key Advisory stakeholders across the BMC organization and within the business in the Area, establishing sponsors and subject matter resources for programs. You’ll enable and deploy BMC C&E programs in the Area, working with the business to find sponsors and champions.
- You will work collaboratively with the Asia-Pacific Advisory BMC leader to create strategic C&E programs that align with Advisory business priorities to achieve strong business results and exceptional internal engagement. You will produce written and visual internal communications from Asia-Pacific Advisory Leaders and provide counsel on best practice and communication innovations. You will support the development and continuous improvement of the core set of Asia-Pacific and Advisory BMC communication strategies and channels, work with the Asia-Pacific Advisory Talent function in communicating and engaging Advisory people across Asia-Pacific on the broad talent agenda; work with Communications and Marketing colleagues focused on external (market focused) programs to align internal and external messages, ensuring consistency across all brand, marketing and communications. In addition, you will influence and work collaboratively with the five Regions within Asia-Pacific, to support deployment of Global and Asia-Pacific programs, and highlight local challenges and successes to the Executive team.
- Your role will include the management and deployment of annual Asia-Pacific executive events and key leadership meetings throughout the year and production of pre-and-post communications, presentation decks and counsel for content. You will also provide guidance, information and support to enable successful deployment of relevant internal programs.
- You will represent Asia-Pacific in global work streams to ensure programs resonate in the Area and execute the plan of C&E programs with a focus on delivering communications and business outcomes that build brand, enhance business strategy and ultimately drive engagement to support revenue growth. You will also lead and influence across BMC and the business as we build new and existing programs, ensuring they are adequately supported with appropriate resourcing, budget and impact.
