We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the Outsourcing Governance Team in the role of Vendor Relationship Manager.
The purpose of the role is to manage the relationship of all vendors that sit within RBWM (Retail Banking & Wealth Management)
The role holder is responsible for providing effective third party risk and supplier management to ensure that HSBC meets its operational, business and regulatory requirements in order to mitigate any regulatory breaches, civil or monetary penalties and to avoid any damage to shareholder value and reputation/brand image.
The role holder is also responsible for driving business performance through effective management of vendor Service Level Agreements and operational practices, whilst seeking out opportunities to enhance the business relationship and performance.
