Your opportunity

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisation skills who can think on their feet and role their sleeves up. As a SHEQS (Safety and Health, Environmental, Quality and Sustainability) administrator based in our Melbourne head office, you will predominately support the SHEQS team with systems, coordination and documentation handling. This role requires impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities with multiple stakeholders. This is a permanent full-time role that is predominantly service focused but also requires the ability to multi task when ADHOC and coordination duties arise.

As a SHEQS Administrator you will be accountable for:

  • Utilisation of SHEQS systems and documentation in accordance with standards and policies
  • Attending meetings and minute taking
  • Prepare reporting requirements
  • Providing general administrative support to the SHEQS Team
  • Providing training and system support to projects

Our minimum requirements for the role are:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Current Driver's License
