Uber Eats is looking for a smart and driven Account Manager to join the Small and Medium Businesses Account Management team. The right person will be result-oriented, analytically minded and will have a passion for sales. You'll need to be customer obsessed, take ownership of projects and be passionate about developing your own go to market approach.

This role will be responsible for developing and driving 4 exciting core functions for Australia:

  • Help our partners to grow their business with Uber Eats, by launching virtual restaurants, driving adoption of our programs/features and providing strategic guidance on menus and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Re-engage with high potential but not committed partners and enable them for success.
  • Contribute to the wider Account Management Team, by providing support to our Scaled account management activities, such as webinars, physical events or educational material creation.
  • Participate in the development of the team by contributing to training activities and/or by improving processes in place.
What You’ll Do:
  • Help our partners to grow their business with Uber Eats, by launching virtual restaurants, driving adoption of our programs/features and providing strategic guidance on menus and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Participate in the development of the team by contributing to training activities and/or by improving processes in place.
  • Engage with our highest-potential restaurants essentially via phone
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of restaurants to consistently meet/exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Be a business partner for Restaurant partners providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on UberEats
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales and/or Account Management
  • Skilled in phone-based business development with strong objection-handling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets
  • Numerical with the ability to apply intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with e-commerce would be an advantage but is not essential.
