We are looking for a Customer Analytics Manager within the DnA team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities

As a Customer Analytics Manager, you will liaise with clients to\:
  • Drive improvements to customer outcomes and experience through the delivery of analytical solutions and customer insights, across all products and channels

  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement the customer-centric data analytics strategy and data science work products which drive improved CX.

  • Review governance and continuous improvements of processes within products

  • Undertake data analytics governance and data stewardship

  • Advise on data management practices, approaches and frameworks;

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in modern AI, analytics, big data and associated technologies, cloud platforms, data quality, governance and architecture

  • Contribute to thought leadership, and demonstrate technical expertise in modern AI, analytics, big data and associated technologies, cloud platforms, data quality, governance and architecture

Skills and attributes for success
  • We’re looking for people with strong Customer Analytics or CX experience in a consulting environment. You will need passion for a career in data analytics, where you will provide a consultative service on a variety of data driven decision making projects within a fast-passed consulting environment

  • Degree qualified in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering, you have strong leadership, stakeholder management and people management skills, ideally within a rapidly evolving telco environment

  • Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering and scaling analytics as part of a team, as well as maturing analytics capabilities and driving decision-grade insights which deliver business and customer outcomes

  • Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of CX transformations from the business, technology and data science perspective

  • Proven techniques to engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, high quality and well communicated delivery

  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills to manage senior stakeholder expectations, scope requirements, manage scope changes and deliver business outcomes

  • Create and present complex and technical information in a structured manner with easy
