Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support our IT hardware, software and associated services. Key to your success in this role will be your; ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders, ability to provide external 3rd party costing, strong negotiation skills, good contract working knowledge, and ability to understand flow down terms from customer contracts.
- Evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services
- Efficient sourcing of products, services and solutions
- Drive supplier negotiation and ensure agreement implementation
- Maximizing supplier value
- Proactively managing business risks
- Contributing to the creation of value for the Customer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Sourcing - working with hardware and software products
- Demonstrated experience managing cost reduction, avoidance, contractor payment days and meeting
