We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team based in our Perth Office. This opportunity will see you taking responsibility for providing cost administration and control services and will form an integral part of the team.

About the Role

  • Creation and maintenance of WBS codes and service orders within SAP
  • Preparation of billing information and running data reports
  • Processing of AP and invoicing through VIMS
  • Assisting the Project accountant with various tasks including month end close out

About You

  • Degree in Commerce or Accounting is highly desirable;

  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP is highly desirable;
  • Advanced skills in Excel;
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Demonstrated experience working with Projects, Operations and Maintenance Contracts
