Growth Marketing Specialist

We need a focused, confident, and enthusiastic B2B marketer who can support and accelerate the growth of the Australian business. You will be a critical member of a team and help grow our community of HR and business leaders through supporting marketing programs, events and the development of tools.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Support lead generating marketing programs and events aligned to geo-specific campaigns that incorporate inbound and event marketing tactics.
  • Effectively work with global and local teams (creative, content, sales, etc…) to execute programs and events that drive growth in awareness and sales leads.
  • Maximising on content and assisting in the creation of growth marketing copy
  • Social media management, working alongside the Content Team, to promote content associated with programs and events
  • Partner with sales and lead development teams to maximise inbound lead conversion.
  • Work within HubSpot and Salesforce.com to execute needed marketing operations tasks and lead management associated with programs and events.
  • Assist with digital marketing program execution (e.g., content advertising, landing page development, lead nurture flows)
  • Assist and support regional specific product marketing tasks (e.g., competitive research, project management).
  • The experience and qualifications you will have:

  • Experience in managing event logistics, including working with event suppliers, speakers, and designers for on-site collateral
  • Proficiency in using social media software to monitor social media conversations.
  • Customer-focused and understand how to align content and marketing programs to the customer lifecycle.
  • Instinctively creative and skilled at adapting content to work on a variety of mediums.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
