The Role

We are currently looking for a Business Improvement Specialist to join the team at our Cowal Gold Operations near West Wyalong, NSW. Reporting to our Senior Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our Business Improvement program and engaging others across the business to identify and implement improvement initiatives that deliver tangible value for the operations. This is an important senior professional role and will be regarded as a key leadership position within our growing organisation.

Technically you will have:

  • Extensive experience utilising LEAN, Six Sigma or other similar methodologies to drive business improvement
  • Be a confident self-starter
  • Possess well-developed facilitation skills
  • Have a collaborative approach helps build engagement

Our Cowal gold operation is an open pit site and is located 40km North East of West Wyalong in NSW. This site is residential meaning each of our 400 site employees return to their own home each night rather than a camp.
