Product Manager

Job Type:Full Time

Redbubble was born in 2006 in Melbourne. The dream was simple. Give independent artists a
meaningful new way to sell their creations. Today, we connect over 800k artists and
designers across the planet with millions of fans. As for us? We’re passionate, imaginative,
and a little offbeat. An inspired mix that’s helped artists earn over 100 million since launch.
(We’re also nice, well-balanced folks with lives outside of work.)

Through our marketplace, independent artists are able to earn from their work, enabling
them to create more fabulous artwork. With over 17 million unique designs for consumers to
purchase on a range of 70 print-on-demand products from stickers to t-shirts to throw
pillows, it’s a treasure trove for the curious and creative. Redbubble consumers visit to find
their thing.

Redbubble is a three-sided marketplace creating a unique challenge for our Product
Managers to balance the needs and scale for an ecosystem of 600,000 artists, 16 fulfillment
partners and millions of consumers around the globe. We’re looking for an experienced
Product Manager to join the team to help us with all pieces of this puzzle and ultimately
bring more creativity into the world.

The impact you’d drive:

  • Analysis and review of Redbubble’s systems and processes and bring to life a scalable product roadmap dedicated to a future where Redbubble is 10 times bigger; customers, artists, fulfillers, products, hopefully not the code base
  • Identify and maintain a harmonious and productive rhythm between engineering, design, and non-technical business partners
  • Prioritisation of the team and ensure impact, growth and return on investment
  • Be at one with data, defining success metrics, analysing, monitoring and adapting them is your state of flow
  • Working creatively and evaluate and analyse Redbubble's growth priorities and deploy
  • Make recommendations and implement necessary changes
  • Be a key influencer in strategic conversations to ensure Redbubble deliver fast, personalised experiences, to all its users
  • Evangelising Redbubble web product in the market on a local and global scale

You are:

  • A grounded visionary with a natural ability to prioritize and deliver
  • A compassionate listener and a relator, and can bring people with you on a dynamic journey
  • Creative and leverage sometimes unconventional approaches to drive teams to reach key milestones
  • Uniquely strategic. In every job you’ve ever done, you’ve hit the ground running and set out to deliver immediate and long term impact

You stand out because you have acquired:

  • 5+ years in a Product Manager or similar role for a consumer internet company. Ideally e-commerce, marketplace or consumer app experience
  • You’re curious, data-driven, and highly analytical. Deep experience in data and customer insight-driven product management (experience with statistics and A: B testing would be advantageous)
  • A grounded visionary with a natural ability to GSD
  • You are a compassionate listener and a relator, and can bring people with you on a dynamic journey
  • User-centricity - You live and breathe user experiences, fussing over the details of delighting users
  • Strategic thinker - can quickly analyse what will really grow the product by looking for strategic accelerants, over just releasing features
  • A sense of humour and ability to deal with change in a rapid growth business (we all roll our sleeves up!)

Some of what you’d come to expect when you join the RB family:

  • Meaningful work that allows you to fulfill your purpose by doing the biggest job you’ve ever done for a mission you believe in
Generous paid vacation, sick leave, flexible work arrangements and parental leave programs that provide you the balance you deserve
  • Ergonomic work environments and kitchens stocked with nourishing options to keep you healthy and happy
  • A belief in our future with generous discounts on our site and substantial recruiting referral incentives
  • Through living out our shared values you will be granted the courage to fail fast and have fun as you embrace new challenges in a safe, inclusive environment

We take our shared values pretty seriously and work hard to build open minded, open
hearted teams. Teams who reflect a diversity of experience, identity, perspective, and
background. Bringing more creativity into the world? It takes all the crayons in the box.
Differences that help us create a healthy work culture and more engaging marketplace for
our artists and customers. If this sounds inspiring (thinker emoji goes here), we’re excited to
hear from you.
