About the opportunity
Reporting to the Change Management Practice Lead, this role helps to create and deploy effective behavioral change management practices to support the achievement of sustainable organisational, process and technological change. The change manager will help to build the capability of the change management practice across the University.
This may include stakeholder management, change readiness assessments, change leadership, program management, organisation structure and design, behavioral change, culture change, goal setting, benefit measurement and reporting, communications, risk management and workforce planning.

- delivers project based Organisational Change Management Services
- provides change management advice
- aligns practice and uses continuous improvement to refine the Organisational Change Management capability
- acts as a change champion
The Office of the Vice-Principal (Strategy) is responsible for driving the strategic agenda across the University, including providing analysis, insight, and high-level advice to the Vice-Chancellor and Principal and the SEG on key strategic issues and opportunities. The Office instigates and facilitates strategic dialogue across the University to inform the development of strategy and planning, and to drive collaboration, partnerships and opportunities for the University. The Office leads the design and development of the University’s strategic planning process and the related performance monitoring and implementation. The Portfolio incorporates the Strategy Office and the Central Program Management Office (PMO).
