Senior Associate - Real Estate

Location:Melbourne

The role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Melbourne on a full time basis.

Working closely with Alison Kennedy, this will be a diverse and exciting role undertaking work across the entire real estate lifecycle for both private and government clients, with a particular focus on the real estate aspects of major infrastructure projects. The team has an unrivalled portfolio of clients and is renowned for its expertise in advising many significant players in the real estate industry.


Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • At least 5 years' post admission property law experience across a broad range of property classes and transactions. Specific experience in government is highly desirable.
  • An ability to draft clear, commercially-oriented and incisive advice.
  • A strong client service focus and exceptional work ethic.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior lawyers.

Successful candidates must be also be driven, technically excellent and have the ability to interact confidently with our clients.
