About the project


Overseen by managing contractor Laing O’Rourke, the Australia-Singapore Military Training Initiative (ASMTI) Facilities Project is a unique international defence project in the central Queensland region valued in the order of $800M. The ASMTI project will see new facilities and upgraded infrastructure at the Shoalwater Bay Training Area, 80 kilometres north of Rockhampton.


Expressions of Interest


We are accepting expressions of interest from candidates who are interested in joining the ASMTI Facilities project in Health and Safety or Environmental Advisor positions, noting that all current vacancies are listed on our careers website.


You will have a relevant Diploma or Degree, combined with extensive experience on large scale construction projects with top tier contractors. You will have demonstrated audit experience along with experience in coaching. Experience in delivering defence projects and with managing contractor models would be beneficial. These roles are residential and no Fly In, Fly Out arrangements will be offered.
