Lion at a glance

Recently we were one of only 6 FMCGs to have received the 2017 Workplace Gender Equality Agency Employer of Choice for Gender Equality Citation. Our commitment to gender equality and building an inclusive, diverse and fair place to work has led to our goal of 50:50 gender mix by 2026 across the company.
At Lion, we believe in equality because it is the right thing to do. It is why we have closed the gender pay gap, mainstreamed flexible work, introduced Unconscious Bias training, publicly supported Marriage Equality in Australia and are Pay Equity Ambassadors.
