Here's more about what Accenture offer:

EMBRACING DIFFERENCE

At Accenture, we celebrate a rich diversity that makes us stronger, smarter and more innovative. We rank 8th in the Australian Workplace Equality Index, the definitive national benchmark on LGBTI workplace inclusion, and we support persons with disabilities in unlocking their potential. Our Australian and New Zealand practice also opens doors for you to experience work with colleagues from different countries.

ENCOURAGING WOMEN TO DEFINE SUCCESS THEIR WAY

The success of our women is the success of our company. We support and mentor women to help them balance a great career with a healthy lifestyle involving their family, friends and communities.

Through our global women’s theme “Defining success. Your way,” we strive to provide an enabling environment for female staff to define their personal approach to success and realise their aspirations.

And it’s working. Our ANZ leadership team sees equal representation of men and women. Women make up more than 33% of our workforce and 40% of our new recruits. Further, we continue to mobilise for a gender-balanced workforce by 2025.

PROGRESSING EQUAL PAY

We are committed to closing the gender pay gap. We believe that pay parity is essential to an inclusive workplace and we strive to ensure that all our people—women and men—are compensated fairly and equitably throughout their careers.

PROMOTING WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY BEYOND ACCENTURE

We see the ways that Digital Fluency (how we embrace and use digital technologies) unlocks opportunities for women around the world and helps close workplace gender equality gaps. As such, we aim to empower women with digital skills within Accenture, and externally promote how both genders can be liberated by the flexibility that digital skills can provide.

WORK FLEXIBILITY AND PARENTAL LEAVE

You can best make a difference by achieving work-life balance. This is why we offer flexible work hours to help with school-runs or other priorities, compressed working weeks, time-in-lieu, telecommuting, career’s leave, purchased leave, study leave and unpaid leave. Even parents can build a rewarding career while simultaneously managing personal priorities.

There will be also be opportunities to travel with clients to a variety of locations. In these cases, our staff can opt to fly home directly afterward, pick an alternate location or even have a family member or friend fly in to meet them. On site, they can find ways to work flexibly. They can avail as well of extended weekends at home.

BUILDING CAREERS THROUGH TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We want you to thrive at Accenture, becoming your best self through training and development, networking, mentoring and coaching. Our “Total Rewards” package offers compensation and a range of market-relevant professional growth opportunities, while our “Employee Resource Groups” enables our people to build networks, grow professionally and give back to the community. We also connect staff to a designated career counsellor, formal feedback programs and access to internal communities to facilitate support at every level.

WGEA Citation Holder

We are proud to be recognised as a WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality. Our Workplace Gender Equality Agency citation indicates our commitment to workplace gender equality.
