Our transparent job board only has vacancies from employers we endorse and lets you see what benefits, policies and perks come with the job.

If you work in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, you’ll know that writing an appealing job advertisement is critical to attracting top talent.

However, this is easier said than done.

Often, this is a task which either doesn’t get enough focus or is written in a way which will only attract a particular demographic.

Here’s the good news. We’ve coached hundreds of employers on how to create job advertisements to ensure you’re attracting a diverse group of talented people, who are highly sought after in their industries.

And we’ve learnt some great things along the way.

What to do, and also, perhaps most importantly, what not to do.

We’ve seen employers in the most non-traditional industries, such as engineering, tech, manufacturing and mining change their job ads, and start to receive applications from women. Some have gone from 10% women applying, to 50%!

On Wednesday, July 10, 11 am AEST, WORK180’s CEO, Gemma Lloyd, will be running a webinar to share our learnings and demonstrate what a great job ad looks like. Gemma’s background in D&I, recruitment and experience working with the most progressive Endorsed Employers for Women will provide unique insights and tips that you can implement immediately.

We will cover:

  • How to attract more women to your advertisements, particularly in non-traditional sectors
  • The most effective advertisement structure, tone and gender neutral language
  • Examples from the most progressive employers and success stories
